We love getting our sweat on, and with summer around the corner, kids on break and time limited, these are 3 of our favourite workouts that can go anywhere + offer a variety of lengths of time.

What I Love: Fun, music-centered, something totally outside of the box, release from the day to day
Workouts: Full body, cardio, strengthening, music, lights, connection, release, energetic freedom
What You Need: You, yourself and energy… sometimes light weights + a resistance band (totally optional)
Vibe: Each month you get a new set of routines, playlist and you build on it week to week
