MONEYMAKER WORKOUTS

  • Workouts: Strengthen, sculpt + stretch your entire body

  • What You Need: Resistance bands, gliders, mat, or just yourself

  • Vibe: Choose from a variety of different class styles and lengths.

 

FORMATION STUDIO

  • What I Love: Fun, music-centered, something totally outside of the box, release from the day to day

  • Workouts: Full body, cardio, strengthening, music, lights, connection, release, energetic freedom

  • What You Need: You, yourself and energy… sometimes light weights + a resistance band (totally optional)

  • Vibe: Each month you get a new set of routines, playlist and you build on it week to week

  • What We Love: Connect to your body and self. Move, connect, ground, sweat, and breathe safely and effectively

  • Workouts: Pilates, Strength, and Pre & Post-Natal training

  • What You Need: A mat & yourself

  • Vibe: A program deeply rooted in trauma-informed, holistic and anatomically-aware movement, with a profound focus on the breath. With equal parts soft and strong
